I read from other reviews that the return is problematic, but fortunately I did not need it as I went without fail and, therefore, I cannot express opinions on it as it was not part of my shopping experience.
For me, however, a great shopping experience if you know exactly what you are buying.

Inizialmente ho avuto qualche remora, non conoscendo il negozio. Poi, dopo qualche ricerca, ho appurato che fossero affidabili sia per quanto riguarda gli articoli venduti che per la spedizione in Italia.
Ho ordinato un paio di New Balance 1500 di un colore molto difficile da reperire, o quantomeno non riuscivo a trovarle del mio numero da nessuna parte.
Che dire, le scarpe sono arrivate in perfetto stato nel giro di pochi giorni con la spedizione veloce e, per di più, ad un prezzo vantaggioso.
Leggo da altre recensioni che il reso sia problematico, ma fortunatamente io non ne ho avuto bisogno in quanto sono andato a colpo sicuro e, dunque, non posso esprimere pareri al riguardo in quanto non ha fatto parte della mia esperienza d’acquisto.
Per me, comunque, ottima esperienza d’acquisto se sapete perfettamente cosa state comprando.
